We are open every day! The treatre operating hours varies based on our scheduled movies, and we are open 30 min prior to the first movie of the day and close 30 mins after the last movie. For showtimes please click HERE.
Yes. Refunds are available up to 60 minutes before the scheduled showtime. Convenience fees are non-refundable. After that point, all sales are final unless an event is canceled or rescheduled.
At the theater: Visit the Guest Service desk before the printed showtime on your ticket.
Online: If you cannot make it to the theater, please fill out the Contact Us and indicate that you are requesting a refund. Be sure to include your confirmation code. Refunds submitted this way are processed within 0–72 hours.
Refunds or readmission passes will be provided if your movie is canceled.
